Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were very cozy and comfortable, with a lovely garden outside; however, other guests using it as a smoking lounge was a downside. The service was professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The location in the middle of the village added to the tranquility, perfect for a celebratory visit. The dining experience, especially on Sunday, had its ups and downs. Overall, it was a nice stay with some minor letdowns.
As a family with grandparents, parents, and two small children under 3, we found the rooms with a fireplace and living area to be very nice. The separate bedroom, fireplace, and huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub situated between the coffee house and main building were impressive. The service promptly moved us to another room in the same category when we reported a leaking toilet, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The darling location with sweet little cafes and restaurants added to the tranquility of being 'off the grid', not far from Niagara on the Lake.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was large, with a well-appointed bathroom and a separate bedroom. The service from the staff was exceptional, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The location, nestled between the coffee house and main building, offered tranquility and a peaceful ambiance. The dining experience was exceptional with fresh made-to-order meals, although Sunday brunch could be improved. Overall, a great value for the money with lovely facilities.
